Celebrity, fortune, self obsession, sensational amorality and phenomenal lack of judgement…. I was just reading an article by Mr. M J Akbar and all those adjectives that have become synonymous to a celebrity and Shahrukh Khan in particular. Quite relevant in the recent scenario where a celebrity with a talent but not sure about virtue is making uproar regarding special treatment in US. Among all those virtues that a celebrity owns by default, walking on air is quite an art. A single wrong foot and you are bang down.
The way Mr. Shahrukh Khan put the whole Govt. in motion just because he was treated just like another man in the world by US customs and border security authorities. Everybody including Mr. Shahrukh Khan are aware of the fact that this is not his first visit to US, so there must have been some reason for the fact that he was detained for the first time. At the same time US Govt. have some reasonable questions about Mr. Shahrukh Khan’s hosts.
Every celebrity is famous but everybody famous is not a celebrity. Ask Former President Mr. Abdul Kalam who did not even let any fly know that something same has happened with him at
Little while ago Mr. Shahrukh Khan did delivered a sermon to Mr. Emraan Hashmi when he complained about being denied a flat in Mumbai just because of his religious identity. Mr. Shahrukh Khan could have kept quiet but there are no brownie points for silence. Also he could not think in real terms, that celebrating the status of celebrity is not always a real opportunity. He told in bold words to Mr. Emraan Hashmi to stop crying. But when his imperial procession was marginally interrupted he wailed loud enough to be heard all over the country.
Mr. Emraan Hashmi is just pleading for home and Mr.Shahrukh Khan is just 3 letters ahead, demanding 'homage' from all of the world.

Shahrukh Khan is an ugly product of the society, which worship reel heroes. His Reel charisma and real life has no match.
He himself admits he is not a social person. How can he expect others to be social with him?
In past he proved that he could go any extent to achieve success. He bought juries for getting some stupid awards, fought fellow actors for trivial issues and paid Filmy journalist for planting stories.
Millions of Indians live in US and thousands travel on daily basis. Millions of Muslims and specially Khans are US nationals or legal immigrants. None so far complained, “Because My name is So and So”….,
Simple procedure of lining at passport verification window, checking passport and verification of document at any US International airport takes almost an hour on an average basis. There are a people, who don’t carry valid documents or having suspicious behaviors are detained for further questioning.
Film Stars across the globe are creating problems, Fardeen Khan held in India for drugs, two of the Indian actors held in Dubai for drug charges. Daler Mehndi was charged with Human Trafficking. From Britney Spears to Vijay Raaz (Mansoon Wedding Star) all involved in one or other charges. What kind of special treatment Mr. Shah rukh khan is expecting from vigilant airport authorities.
Since only in BOLLYWOOD Sex and Shahrukh Khan Sell, media used this issue in promotion of their Channels, New paper and websites. They kept hostage entire nation for three days. Media’s generous partners, please read politicians kept this as hot as possible.
At the end Mr. So Called Clean KHAN, got free publicity, which he was NOT expecting for his forth coming movie, ‘BECAUSE….’ (Liar…)
Common man paid the price, by watching TV, Reading News paper and goggling internet websites and cheated by Fox, Mr. Khan and their partners in Media.
Do we have any IPC sections against these kinds of CRIMINAL Charges.
PS: He should be thankful to his parents that his name is Shah Rukh Khan and not OSAMA BIN LADEN, other wise he would be in some of ABU GARIBs or GUATANAMO BAYs by now….
I have always liked Raj aka Rahul aka Sharukh Khan! I had been also ignoring his bad strategies which he follows quite promptly to keep himself on top. However, his recent act really mad me wonder that whether he’s alright or need some special brain treatment. Mr. Sharukh Khan….”Shh…. RUK JA KHAN” before it’s too late.
Having traveled to all major European & US destinations, even I have come across all such delays. It’s a daily routine which the airport officials & authorities follow like the way we follow our daily routine by getting up from the bed in the morning, to brushing our teeth, taking bath & getting ready for work. So what is wrong…??? And where is it wrong..???
I am proud to be an Indian. However, few acts really make me wonder. For instance, Girls can’t travel without gels, lipshades in their hand bags & no airport security check allows you to check in your baggage with these items. Before, the security check, you would hear the officials asking to take these things out. But, there the Indians go……when the alarm rings & they are detrained from getting in because a lip gel was found in the bag. And here comes the scene when you go for special checking which takes lot of time. Who’s responsible..???? authorities..?? People like Mr. Khan wud definitely say yes! because the poor guys out there could detect the items!
As far as most of the crimes, scandals are concerned, its not been a hidden truth that Bollywood/Hollywood has the most shocking ratio. I think because of all these common people WE-THE UNCOMMON PEOPLE have to suffer.
Recently, on my trip to Statue of Liberty, while the checking was going on, the buzzer rang thrice on my head. And there I was with all securities eye on me. OMG! I was stopped from entering till a special check was done. With all this chaos, I also missed on my first ferry to the Island. Buzzer ringing thrice….special security check…I got it! because MY NAME IS SHA…..KHA!!
Grow up..Raj aka Rahul aka Sharukh! You not only have “Simran” with you but kids toooooo!! It’s high time!
