Unlearning to ignore intellectually

The system needs to be revisited to deter such happenings. We can always opt to go for a bureaucrat system working aloof from politics as an independent agency to curb such acts, which is not being done in a discrete manner. Politics is rooted evrywhere be it mid day meal or is malegaon. The arrests have been made but for how long they would be able to take the issue along ?? After all law makers know how to use law for self interest and they are bound to get released on some pretext or another just because we have loopholes in the system which are being efficiently used by people to save their faces. Such happenings should be dealt with iron hand right from the inception.

Army is getting involved with so sensitive matters and recently an officer was caught for carrying files of important defence establishments and of sensitive information. Take the matter of Lt General Sahni and Dahiya and 17 other Brigadiers and above, who have been court martialled in last six years for corruption charges or about officers serving sentences in Tihar jail for rape, murder and espionage.

Its happening from within, its not coming from outside, its percolating from core to material. Why the candidates are being allowed to contest with their criminal backgrounds? How can we allow to give country in hands which are already stained and which boast of doing good to nation and humanity, take example of Shibu Soren. What good these politicians are going to do for country ? Are they really genuine in their approach ?? And if they are, then why not the criminals in all the jails in the country are imparted the education that they are equally eligible for contesting elections??

As far as development is concerned it is becoming a synonym for these politicians to warm their pockets.. What for and why we allow national funds to go into their pockets? We don have soul..we dont have zeal ,we dont have conscience or we are no good to be called a country men only..we have lost our identity and we blindly follow the path just to recall every time..'THIS IS SYSTEM WE CANT CHANGE IT'. We have made the system why we cant change it? We are the system and we can visualise what our country is going to be by what we think about an issue personally..

Excellent write up. So much content packed in the above note and very much thought provoking. People make system and at every level, and we need to develop a mechanism to develop people to work as per conscience. And one thought, yes we can, we can change the system if we are able to change people... And last remark has greater impact. Every thing is personal when it comes to nation. “Nation first”

Unless India responds purposefully, forcefully
and successfully to the war that has been imposed
on it—and that war began long before the last
week of November 2008—the grand project of improving
the lives, well-being and happiness of
over a billion Indians, and many more besides,
will be seriously jeopardised. For that reason India
must not only seek to deliver exemplary punishment
on the terrorist organisations and their sponsors, but also make it prohibitively expensive
for anyone to use terrorism as a political
strategy.
